Step 1

make a Document that is 8 by 11 inches in photoshop 

Step 2

select your brush tool

Step 3

change you size of you brush to 9px 

step 4

draw a oval with your brush 

Step 5

Select your oval with your magic tool

Step 6 

then Command Copy and Command paste the oval next to your last 

CommandC or @C

CommandV or @V

Step 7

Then draw a curved line under the two ovals with your brush tool

Step 8

Now select your shape tool

Step 9

Now go to your shape options and select the circle 

Step 10

now go to color options and select a shade of yellow

Step 11

make a circle behind your pervious layers and your are done
